In the Spring of 2016, I was proud to be one of the selected speakers to participate in Akron’s Pecha Kucha. Pecha Kucha is a cultural phenomenon in which folks are to present in 6 minutes, utilizing 20 timed slides, with 20 seconds allotted to discuss each slide. It is a challenging and invigorating experience. Honestly, I was so nervous. It didn’t matter how well I had timed each section, once I got rolling, I delivered more quickly than planned, finding myself early several times. What.a.riot. So fun!
